A Brief Intro to Dr. Lazar

A board-qualified otolaryngologist, Rande Lazar, MD, currently treats patients in his private practice, ENT Memphis, in Tennessee. Rande Lazar, MD, also serves as director of the Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship Training program at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Dr. Lazar maintains membership in a number of professional organizations, including the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). He delivered a presentation entitled “Tonsillectomy: Is There Reason to Change?” at the AAO-HNS 2012 Annual Meeting. The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS) is preparing to host its 2013 Annual Meeting and OTO Expo, which is scheduled for Sept. 29-Oct. 2, 2013 at the Vancouver Convention Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. In its 117th year, the Annual Meeting and OTO Expo is recognized as the largest gathering of otolaryngologists in the world. The meeting will feature oral presentations, instruction courses, guest lectures, and information on the latest advancements in the field of otolaryngology. The AAO-HNS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping its members provide the best care and treatment to patients for ear, throat, nose, and related head and neck conditions. The Academy is comprised of approximately 12,000 members who treat disorders such as sleep apnea, chronic ear infections, sinusitis, and dizziness, among others.
